Caves (Roguelike) Scroll Tips

Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll Tips
Here are Caves (Roguelike) Scroll Tips for each scroll and how to effectively use them to greatly enhance one's gameplay experience.

Scroll of Death
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Death

I don't always use this scroll. In fact, when I'm low on space this scroll is the first thing to go. But when I do use it I make sure there is a ton of mobs around.

Scroll of Vampirism
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Vampirism
Here is another scroll I don't use very often, but when I do I make sure I use the Death Scroll right after to destroy a lot of mobs at the time or I use one of the two Experimental Guns; you know, those ones that destroy everything in the direction where it was fired. That way I get more bang for my buck.

Scroll of Rage
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Rage
I only use the scroll when there is a ton of mobs around and there is one or two Elite mobs. That way I can fight alongside the elite mobs against the weaker mobs and then defeat the now weakened Elite Mob at the end.

Scroll of Destruction
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Destruction
I used this scroll to uncover mobs that are hiding using invisibility. I tend to save it for Portal Guardians.

Armor Destruction
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Armor Destruction
I save this scroll to be used exclusively against Elite Mobs and Portal Guardians. It is quite simple; just use the scroll on them, then toss a grenade or something just as powerful to deal heavy damage to them.

Scroll of Lightening
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Lightening
I use this scroll exclusively against Elites Mobs and Portal Guardians in tandem with Armor Destruction Scroll in order to deal heavy damaged them.

Scroll of Protection
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Protection
I use this scroll just before getting into a tough fight. In fact, I mostly use this scroll just before entering a room of which I know they're a ton of mobs inside.

Scroll of Magic Shield
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Magic c Shield
Same as Scroll of Protection.

Scroll of Dash
I use this one exclusively in the Ancient Ruins to backtrack. It saves me time and boredom.

Scroll of Inversion
I use this scroll followed by the Poison Potion on my character to heal. I also use it while fighting spiders.

Scroll of Invisibility
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Invisibility
This is my Deus Ex Machina! Whenever i'm in a dangerous or hopeless situation I just whip this bad boy out and I walk away to safety. It is very important to have this ready whenever you think you're in trouble.

Scroll of Barrier
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Barrier
Placing this barrier at narrow paths is great great for not only blocking the path of a mob you're trying to escape from, but its also useful in stalling a lot of mobs at a bolltleneck, and then lobbing explosives at them.

Scroll of Transmutation
Caves (Roguelike) - Scroll of Transmutation
Turn rock to gold and gem! Nuf said.

Caves (Roguelike) Tips: Inventory Here are Caves (Roguelike) tips on how to manage your inventory space so as not to hoard unimportant items nor waste ones you might need down the line.
